How’s it made?
Firstly the t-shirts are screen printed with your desired logo or design, they are then folded in a way and placed in our compression machines. Each of our machine can produce a pressure of up to 100 tones.
The T-shirts are then compressed into a shape mold with tremendous force. We have hundreds of shaped molds to chose from or a custom mold can be produced if a unique design is required. These same molds can be used for compressing other knitwear such as cotton towels or underwear.
Once compressed the T-shirts are placed in their outer design packaging and shrink rapped to retain shape and guard against dirt.
To wear the garment, one simply removes the packaging and places the T-shirt into water for just a few minutes, allowing the fabric to unfold to its original shape. Once dripped dried its ready to ware.
